Kenya/Tanzania Pictures

Sunset in the Serengeti
Cheetah's! They were crossing the road to hunt a herd of gazelle... pretty amazing!
A pair of mating lions...
Me and my guides at the entrance to Serengeti National Park
The first lion that we saw! It was hanging out underneath a tree about a mile in to the park. We only saw him at first, but it turned out that he was with about 4 other lions that were hidden in the grass.
Cute little giraffe munching on a tree :)
This was the young lion that we saw just as it killed this baby zebra. It was sad, but it's just a part of life... he had to eat too...
Me with lions in the background... this was the pride of lions that surrounded our vehicles. It was pretty crazy to have all these lions around and so close to us!
The Masai village that we visited in the Serengeti
The little kids were so cute!
Another cute little boy... I seriously wanted to take home all the kids that I saw there
In the home of the chief of the village... this was his son, explaining how they live. The chief was asleep in his bed behind me :)
The beds that the Masai slept in

The chief's sister and niece... oh my gosh this little girl was so cute!
Some old Masai women in front of one of the houses
The schoolhouse just outside the village
The kids at schoolTeaching the kids how to count and do math
The view from the top of the Ngorongoro Crater looking down at the lake that's at the bottom
Cute little zebra rolling in the dirt :)
Water Buffalo... they look pretty cute, but they're really mean!
